bundle install 実行されない。

前提・実現したいこと

現在新たなアプリケーションを作るために、rails new college --database=mysql --skip-bundle --skip-test --skip-active-storageと打ったところエラーが発生しました。こちらのエラーについて教えてください。

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

試したこと

$ bundle config --local build.mysql2 "--with-ldflags=-L/usr/local/opt/openssl/lib"
などを打ってみたりしたのですがなかなか解決されません。

この辺りのエラーメッセージを解決してみてください。

mysql.h is missing. You may need to 'sudo apt-get install libmariadb-dev', 'sudo apt-get install libmysqlclient-dev' or 'sudo yum install mysql-devel', and
try again.

MySQLのGemがコンパイルできないようです。
