rails db:createでエラーが発生してしまいます。

前提・実現したいこと

現在rails new アプリ名 -d mysqlでアプリを作成したのちrails db:createコマンドでデータベース作成を試みましたがしかしここで問題が発生してしまいました。

というふうにエラーメッセージがターミナルに発生しており今までは全く問題がなかったので驚いています。

試したこと

rails new コマンドをブラウザで同じミスに直面している人がいないか確認したり過去のtechcamp受講時のノートを参考にならないか確認したが今回と同様のエラーを経験していなかったので解決策なども特に見つからず。、

したあと
cd アプリ名
していないのでは？
