MySQLでエラーがでて前に進めません！？

私のMySQLは
以下のエラーとなっています。

phpMyAdmin へようこそ

エラー
MySQL のメッセージ: ドキュメント

接続できません。設定が無効です。
mysqli::real_connect(): (HY000/1045): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
MySQL サーバに接続しようとしましたが拒否されました。config.inc.php のホスト、ユーザ名、パスワードが MySQL サーバの管理者から与えられた情報と一致するか確認してください。

以上ですが！これって何ですか！？

ご回答くださいまして、ありがとうございました。アンインストール＆再インストールですが！意外と簡単でした。　もっと早くからやるべきでした。前回はXAMPPをインストールでは、 SetupのSelect Components には、チェック☑全部入れましたが、今回は１）Apache ２）MySQL ３）PHP ４）Fake Sendmail しか入れませんでした。その後 xampp-control.exe～１）Apache ２）MySQL→Admin 　を起動後念願の[PHPMyAdmin] が出現しました。初期設定後、SNS構築へと入ります。今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。
