MySQLのインストールで躓いています

【概要】
MySQL 初心者です
MySQLのインストールで下記の３つのみインストールができなくってこまっています
ご教示の程よろしくお願いいたします。

　 MySQL shell 8.0.18
MySQL connector/ODBC 8.0.18
MySQL connector/C 8.0.18

【試したこと】
再インストール　（アンインストール後にMySQL関連フォルダ・ファイルの削除）

【 MySQL shell 8.0.18のインストール失敗時のログ】

「どのようなOS環境」に、MySQLを「どのような方法で」インストールしようとしたのでしょうか？

win10 64bit のPCにMｙSQL　installerをインストールして
下記をインストールしたら失敗しました
MySQL　server5.7.31
MySQL Workbench 8.0.21
MySQL Notifier 1.18
MySQL Router 8.0.21
Connector J 8.0.21
Connector NET 8.0.21
MySQL Documentation 5.7
Samples and Examples 5.7

とりあえず書いてあるとおりのことはしましょう
