mysql2がインストールできない

Question

前提・実現したいこと

vscodeに今までのデータを移行しようとし、
ターミナルでrailsを実行しようとしたところ以下のようなエラーが
発生し、進めない状況なのでアドバイスをいただけると
ありがたいです。

エラーメッセージ
An error occurred while installing
mysql2 (0.5.2), and Bundler cannot continue.
