Laravelのアプリでマイグレーションができない

Question

前提・実現したいこと

前提：Laravel6.0を使って練習用のアプリを制作したしました。
また、現在アプリを開こうとすると、419 Page Expiredと表示されています。
実現したいこと：正常にアプリを動作させたい

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

php artisan migrateコマンドを打つと次のようなエラーメッセージが表示されます。

Homesteadを利用しているようですが、可能であればhomestead.yamlも掲載して下さい。

php artisan migrate は mac 上で実行してはいけません。
homestead 内で行ってください。

# mac から homestead にログイン
vagrant ssh

# code に移動
cd code

# artisan
php artisan migrate
