どんなエラーがでていて、そのエラーに対して調べたこと試したことを記載してください。

サムネイル画像の処理に<?php endif; ?>が抜けている(10行目の後に挿入)。

教科書を再度確認していたところ、endifの記載が抜けていたので、
追記したところ、エラーが解消しました。
