CordovaでInsomnia-PhoneGap-Pluginの使用ができない。

Question

Insomnia-PhoneGap-Pluginを使用するタイミングで以下のエラーが発生します。

TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'window.plugins.insomnia')

こちらをみる限り、emulatorでは発生するが実機では出ないもののように書かれていますが、実機でDebugBuildしても同様のエラーが発生しました。
こちらは本番ビルドのみ使用可能なプラグインなのでしょうか？
