Junit5でJunit4のテストが動作しない。

Junit5の環境でJunit4のテストソースを動かしたいのですが、PowerMockito.mockStatic()でClassNotPreparedExceptionになってしまいます。

環境はjdk-1.8.0、gradle6.3です。
