railsを立ち上げてすぐにExecJS::RuntimeError in Charts#indexの表示が出て動きません。stylesheet_link_tagをapplicationからなしの記述に変えるとエラーが解消されたのでここの記述の所で何かしらのエラーが起きていることはわかったのですが、csccを記述したいので変えることはできません
