カスタムキーボードの Voice Over

Question

全盲の妻の為に、カスタムキーボードを作成中ですが、肝心の Voice Overが働きません。
何かコードが足りないのでしょうか？？

カスタムキーボードも Voice Over もよく分かってなくて恐縮ですが、このへんの情報って参考になったりしますか？ (既にチェック済みでしたらごめんなさい。)
