herokuを使うためのgemfileの設定がうまくできない

herokuを使ってrailsを公開したいと思い(https://qiita.com/kazukimatsumoto/items/a0daa7281a3948701c39)というサイトを見てgemfileの設定を指示された通りに行ったはずなのですがbundle installをしたところ次のエラーがでてしまいうまくいけませんでした```
