前者はコマンドを少し変えたら実行できたので自己解決済にしましたが、度々同じエラーが出て、見当すらつかないのでまた質問させていただきます。このようなエラーが出るのはどのあたりの設定が問題なのでしょうか。

解決できていない後者の方にターミナルに出ているのを少し追加で書きました。この下に延々と出るので全ては書ききれません。
