WPではなくPHPのバージョンアップで起きたのでは？
### 前提・実現したいこと
wordpressでブログ運営しています。
wordpress5.4にアップデート、同時にプラグインの更新を
行ったところ、ブログ自体は表示されるのですが、
管理画面 /adminに一切入れません。
管理画面に入れる状態に戻したいのです。
発生している問題・エラーメッセージ
サイトに重大なエラーがありました。 詳細については、サイト管理者のメール受信ボックスを確認してください。

試したこと
・本日が４月１日なので、３月３０日時点のパックアップ状態に戻してみた→なおらない
・filezillaでplugin名を変えてみた→なおらない
補足情報（FW/ツールのバージョンなど）
サーバーはWPXを使用しています。
ご教授お願い申し上げます。
