windows10でruby on railsの開発環境　　rails sが出来ません。

前提・実現したいこと

progateの指示に従ってruby on railsの開発環境をしていたのですが、rails sをすると以下のエラーが出て上手くいきません。

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

C:/Ruby26-x64/lib/ruby/gems/2.6.0/gems/sqlite3-1.3.13-x64-mingw32/lib/sqlite3.rb:4:in `require': cannot load such file -- sqlite3/2.6/sqlite3_native (LoadError)

C:/Ruby26-x64/lib/ruby/gems/2.6.0/gems/sqlite3-1.3.13-x64-mingw32/lib/sqlite3.rb:6:in `require': cannot load such file -- sqlite3/sqlite3_native (LoadError)

Could not find sqlite3-1.3.13-x64-mingw32 in any of the sources

試したこと

最初にrails sを実行したところ、上の2つのエラーが出ました。
これに対して、
gem uninstall -a sqlite3
gem install sqlite3 --platform=ruby
を行い、再度rails sを実行すると
3つ目のエラーが出ます。
3つ目のエラーに対して
bundle installを行い再度rails sを実行すると、また1つ目と2つ目のエラーが出てしまいます。

他、gem 'sqlite3'をgem 'sqlite3', '~> 1.3.6'に変えるなど。

補足情報（FW/ツールのバージョンなど）

gemfileがおかしくなってる気がします。 gemfileの内容を追記することは可能ですか?

つい先日も同様の状態になっている方がいました。 https://teratail.com/questions/247092 Windows環境でRuby on Railsの環境を構築するのは正直面倒なようですので、どこまで時間をかけるか、楽をするか考えたほうが良いかもしれません。

今、Windows10にrailsをインストールしてみましたが、とりあえず起動しました。
参考のために関係ありそうなツールのバージョンを掲載しておきます。
環境構築やインストールの手順を見直してみてはいかがでしょう？
