herokuにデプロイしたアプリにActionController::RoutingError (No route matches [GET] "/users"):が出てしまいます

ここに問題に対して試したことを記載してください。
herokuにデプロイしたアプリがエラーが出たので,
ターミナルでheroku logsでエラーを見たところ上記のエラー文がありましたが、どこのファイルに書けば良いのかわかりません。

補足情報（FW/ツールのバージョンなど）

Rails では、/usersに GET リクエストを送った場合は、usersコントローラーのindexアクションが実行されます。

しかし、掲載されたコードでは、routes.rb で users の index アクションを有効にしていないので、こちらが原因でルーティングエラーが出ていると思います。

resources :users, only: [:show, :edit, :update] # ここにindexが入っていない

ただ、今のルーティングの設定ですと、Heroku で動かす以前にご自身の環境で動かした場合もエラーになると思います。（なっていませんか...?）

indexアクションを有効にする場合は、以下のように記述する必要があります。

resources :users, only: [:show, :edit, :update, :index]
