HerokuへPushした際に訪れる「error: failed to push some refs to 'アプリ名'」

「試したこと」
brew update && brew upgrade でバージョンあげる
エラー文に書いてあるとおりbundle exec rake -P を試しbundlerを2.0.2に上げました

「結果」
エラー内容が変わらずこのままでした

「聞きたいこと」
エラー文の通りにbundlerのバージョンを上げたりエラー内容を検索して解決を試みたのですが失敗に終わってしまったので、解決策がわかる方がいましたらお願いしたいです。
冗長になりすぎるとよくないと思いましたのでgem.file.lockだけ載せさせていただきます。
他の箇所が必要な場合は迅速に対応いたしますのでよろしくお願いします。
