boostrap sass 導入後、ruby on railsをコマンドプロントで立ち上げようとするとえらーがでてしまう。

前提・実現したいこと

ここに質問の内容を詳しく書いてください。
ruby on rails でappを作りたく、boostrapを導入し、boostrap sassの機能を追加しました。
しかしその後、コマンドプロントでrails sを入力したところ、下記のエラーメッセージがでてしまい、local host 3000に繋がらなくなってしまいました。

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

ここに問題に対して試したことを記載してください。
その前に、ほかのエラーメッセージがでたので、gem fileの一部分を削除してしまいました。
それが原因かわかりませんが。
