In my opinion, MNC company is better than Indian company. In case you are a person with average skills in communication or knowledge about the particular section, they will train you trained you finally they mildew you, you will reach some degree what others have knowledge or communication, personality same organization.
MNC will notice your ability and leadership style and based on that they can give advertising. Many of the Mnc companies are included diversity. That's the welcome notice, I have seen last three years. With this pandemic, The majority of the businesses are not subtracted employees' salaries.
Yet Indian entities will not take a look at your personality your understandithe ng and other guidelines, here only talks about experience and national politics. Many of my friends who all are working for Indian companies are not getting ahas n income in this pandemic, even though the company has achieved positive development. No proper training's to develop their knowledge and up-date the current styles in the particular segment, I feel not telling all the Indian companies are doing, mst of the companies are like this, some Indian native companies also doing fabulously.
This place needs to be the target if we can do proper training, our dependency will be less to expect MNC products.
