Railsチュートリアル第二章でtoy_appがデプロイ出来ない

Question

rails チュートリアルの第二章でtoy_appをHerokuでデプロイしたいのですが、git push heroku masterとコマンドを打つと以下のようなエラーメッセージが出てしまい、URLにアクセスしても、Method Not Allowedと出てきます。初心的な質問で恐縮ですが、回答お待ちしております。

git statusとうつと

no changes added to commit (use "git add" and/or "git commit -a")
上記のように出てきます。
