###前提・実現したいこと
Ruby on Railsを勉強している初心者です。
Ruby on railsの開発環境を構築しアプリ実行してみようと思い、
ターミナルで、rails server を実施したのですが、
エラーが発生しウェブサーバーを起動できません。
環境は、
mac OS Sierra
バージョン 10.12.6
ruby 2.4.1
Rails 5.1.3
