springboot_AWSのredisに接続できない

Question

localのredisには接続できますが、AWS上にあげたときにredis(elasticcache)に接続できません。
実行コマンド

java -jar admin-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar --spring.profiles.active=development

以下のコマンドでredisにはせつぞくできています

redis-cli -h xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.amazonaws.com -p 6379

エラーメッセージ
