pip installについて

データサイエンスの勉強に勤しむ学生です。コマンドプロンプトでpandas-datareader,Plotly等のライブラリをインストールしようとしたところ、以下のようなエラー文が出て、よくわからなくなってしまいました。こう言ったシステム側のことはあまり詳しくないため、お詳しい方、原因・解決策を教えていただくと幸いです。よろしくお願いします。
