Javaでドローエディタの作成 エラー: class、interfaceまたはenumがありません

Question

Javaの勉強中です。三種類の図形を自由に描けるドローエディタのようなものを作成しようと思い、以下のものを参考にしてコードを書いてみたのですが、エラーが出てしまいます。
