Question

前提・実現したいこと

pipenvでdjangoをインストールしようとすると、以下のようなエラーが発生します。
pythonのバージョンが2.7ではじめやっており、その時にはpipenv install djangoでいけました。
しかし、インストールしたのちpython3系でないことに気づきpipfileを削除して3系に変更して同じようにpipenv install djangoを行うと以下のようなエラーが発生しました。
pythonのバージョンの問題でしょうか。

python3で仮想環境を構築した後に、その仮想環境内で

pipenv install django #質問内容と同じものです

を実行してみてください

説明が抜けていましたが、pythonのバージョンが3.6.5になっていることは確認済みです。
