$ rails g uploader imageが実行できない

前提・実現したいこと

初めての利用です。
間違った質問をしていたらご指摘ください。
railsでchat-spaceの作成を行っています。
$ rails g uploader image
を実行するとエラー画面が出てしますので解決したいです。

Could not find generator 'uploader'. Maybe you meant 'helper', 'jbuilder' or 'model'

エラーメッセージのとおりです。rails g uploaderは、標準のRails環境には存在しない機能です。

（おそらくcarrierwaveかと思いますが、Rails 5.2以降の場合はRails標準のActive Storageを使ったほうがいいかと思います）
