Rails チュートリアル７章ユーザー情報登録ページに対してCSSコードが反映されない。

Question

Rails チュートリアルの7.1及2において、sign upページで記述したCSSが適用されず、添付画像のように表示されます。
また、ユーザー情報記載項目の位置とデバック情報を表示するボックスの位置が修正されません。解決方法がわからないので教えてください。

とても単純なミスでした。もし、これにお時間とらせてしまった方はすいませんでした。
custom.scssのfooter部分のとじカッコが一つ不足していたことと、最後の行のとじカッコを一つ削除すると正常に表示されるようになりました。
