【Rails】production.logが更新されない

Question

表記の件ですが、logが出ないので、デバッグできず困ってます。

confing/enviroments/production.rbは以下の通りです。

AWSのEC2でcapistranoでデプロイしています。

原因はわかりませんでしょうか。。
