vagrant upが実行できない

前提・実現したいこと

Pythonでスクレイピングの練習をするために、
『Python クローリング＆スクレイピング』という本に従って
Windows 10 64 bitの環境で
仮想環境の構築を目指しています。
VirtualBoxとVagrantをインストールし、
mkdir scraping-book→vagrant box add ubuntu/bionic64→vagrant init ubuntu/bionic64と
実行したあとvagrant upで仮想環境を起動しようとしたのですが、
以下のエラーが起きました。

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

virtualbox上では
