rails: ターミナルでrails sを実行できない（エラー解決）

Question

ターミナルでrails server・rails g controller blogなどを実行するとエラーが
出てきて前に進めなくなっています。

URL先の通り実行してみましたが、
Could not find gem 'sqlite3 x64-mingw32' in any of the gem sources listed in your Gemfile.
Run `bundle install` to install missing gems.
やはりこちらのエラー文がでます。

質問にGemfileを追加しました。

既存のsqlite3と競合してしまっているような気がします。

bundle install --path vendor/bundle

でインストール先を明示してみてはどうでしょうか？
問題無さそうなら、

bundle exec rails s

でserver起動できるかと思います
