【rails】Herokuデプロイ時のエラー

デプロイで躓いていて全く先に進めない状況です；

bundlerの2.0.2を使用しているはずなのですが、Could not find 'bundler' (2.0.2)　とbundlerが見つからないと言われてしまいます。
念の為エラーメッセージにある通り
bundle update --bundler後にbundle installしてcommit
bundler2.0.2を再インストール後、commit

上記２つは試してみましたがダメでした；

bundler2.0.2を再インストール後gemfile.lockを削除しbundel install
最下部はbundled with 2.0.2となってます

アドバイスをよろしくお願いしますm(__)m
