php artisan migrateのエラーが解決できない

#前提・実現したいこと

php artisan migrate で以下のエラーメッセージが発生しました。
未だ解決ができないため質問させていただきました。
mysqlが接続できないようです。
dockerでlaravel5を使っています。

mysqlの設定問題だと思いますが、色々やっても解決しません。

こちらの記事を参考にするといいと思います。

今回接続できていない原因としては、
127.0.0.1としている点にあります。

dockerのコンテナ同士の通信を行う場合はコンテナに割り振られたIPアドレスを利用する必要があり、それが127.0.0.1ではないためです。

depends_onなどを設定し、DB_HOSTをdbにすることで繋がると思います！
