rails データベース作成 エラー

データベース作成でのエラー

エラー内容がさっぱりわかりません。
解決方法教えていただけますでしょうか。

エラーメッセージ

データベースに接続できていないようですね。

rails で使用しているデータベースはなにでしょうか。

また、その際、データベースのポート番号なども、調べてみるといいかもしれません。

データベース確認しましたが、postgresqlでした。

ちなみにdatabase.ymlの内容です。
