Ruby on Rails の環境構築が全くできません。
何をどうすればいいのでしょうか・・・。

rails sをすると上記のようなエラーがでました。もう本当に困っています。
rubyのバージョンはruby 2.5.5p157 (2019-03-15 revision 67260) [x64-mingw32]
railsのバージョンはRails 5.2.3
です。

過去にある質問と同じで、sqliteがインストールされていないようです。
