Ruby on Rails 環境構築についてのエラー

Question

Ruby on rails の環境構築が全くできません。
どうすればいいのでしょうか。エラーの連投です。

pcはWindows10の64bit
rubyのバージョン

恐れ入りますが、次はどうすればいいのでしょうか？

アプリケーションの雛型はできたはずなので、あとは作りたいアプリケーションを実装していけばよいのではないでしょうか。

初心者なものでして、何が実装の正解なのかよくわかりません。申し訳ないです。
先ほど作成したファイルに移動してrails sをしたところ下記のようなエラーがおきました。

PS G:\Ruby on Rails> cd sample_app
PS G:\Ruby on Rails\sample_app> rails s
Could not find gem 'sqlite3 x64-mingw32' in any of the gem sources listed in your Gemfile.
Run `bundle install` to install missing gems.

正解とかはなくて、ご自身が作りたいものを作っていけばよいのです。ご記載の新たなエラーについては知見がないのでお力にはなれません。

まずは rails new sample_app などとしてアプリの雛型を生成してみてください

作成されたディレクトリに移動して `rails s` してください。

もし `rails s` が動かなければ `bin/rails s` としてみてください。
