rails newなどは行いましたか？
前提・実現したいこと
（例）Ruby on railsで開発環境を構築しています。
rails sとターミナルに打つと以下のメッセージが発生し、3000ポートへいけません。

Description:
The 'rails new' command creates a new Rails application with a default
directory structure and configuration at the path you specify.
You can specify extra command-line arguments to be used every time 'rails new' runs in the .railsrc configuration file in your home directory. Note that the arguments specified in the .railsrc file don't affect the defaults values shown above in this help message.
Example:
rails new ~/Code/Ruby/weblog
This generates a skeletal Rails installation in ~/Code/Ruby/weblog.
どうすれば良いのでしょうか。初心者ですが、厳しく回答していただけると嬉しいです。

このような表示が出ました。
自分で、rails newなど試してみると、
find_spec_for_exe': Could not find 'bundler' (2.0.1) required by your /Users/nakamurayutaro/tweet_app/Gemfile.lock. (Gem::GemNotFoundException)
To update to the latest version installed on your system, run `bundle update --bundler`.
To install the missing version, run `gem install bundler:2.0.1`
このような表示がありました。この場合、
gem install bundlerをインストールすれば良いのでしょうか。

結論からいえばbundler update それがダメならgem install bundlerしろとのこと。
