Ruby on railsの環境構築

前提・実現したいこと

初めての投稿で全くのプログラミング初心者です。
Windows10でRuby on railsの環境構築をしています。
書籍のRuby on rails５超入門を使っていますが、使っているVerが古すぎたため
ネットで検索してRuby installerからインストールして最終的にrails serverを実行する
段階まで来たのですがここで以下のようなエラーコードが出てしまい色々検索してみたのですが
治りませんでした。

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

C:\Users\Desktop\RailsApp>rails server

試したこと

gem install sqlite3　とやってみましたが、

こうなります。
正直もう全く意味が分からない状態です。。。

補足情報（FW/ツールのバージョンなど）

バージョン　
ruby 2.5.3p105 (2018-10-18 revision 65156) [x64-mingw32]
Rails 5.2.2

Ruby 2.4.4-1 を選択して下さい。
windows環境でRuby 2.5以上だとsqlite3が読み込めないようです。
解決する方法があるにはあるみたいですが方法がややこしすぎるので
初心者が勉強するっていう理由での環境構築であればRubyのバージョンを下げるのがおすすめです。

回答ありがとうございます！
RubyInstallersにはRuby+Devkit 2.4.5-1 (x64)しかなかったのでこちらを選択したところ
以下のようになってしまいました。。

PS C:\Users\shinn\Desktop\RailsApp> rails s
Your Ruby version is 2.4.5, but your Gemfile specified 2.5.3

gemfileのバージョンを変えればよろしいのでしょうか？
変え方を教えていただければ幸いです。
