Herokuへのデプロイに失敗　 `method_missing': undefined method `has_one_attached'

前提・実現したいこと

初心者です。
Ruby on railsでアプリケーションを作ろうとしています。
先にデプロイを試してみようと思い、githubからherokuへのデプロイを試みていますがうまくいきません。ローカルでは動いています。

ログを見た所この has_one_attachedが問題を起こしていることはわかったのですが対処方がわかりません。

何卒ご教授をお願いします。

試したこと

heroku rails db:migrate　を再度行なった。
