AndroidStudio ScrollViewについて

Question

ScrollViewを実装したいのですができないです。
コードはこちらです。
なぜでしょうか？

↑最後の行が抜けてるのが原因かと思います↑
付け足すことで反映が確認できております。おそらく何かしらの際に消してしまったのだと思います。
