Android Studioでの下記のエラーはどういった意味になりますでしょうか。

WIn7へインストールで苦戦しています。。

プロジェクトのパスにASCII文字以外が使われている・・・と言っていますが？
全角文字がパスの途中にないですか？

どうわからないかわからないです。
英語がわからないのか。
英語は読めて意味は取れるけど、どういうことかわからないのか。

英語が読めないなら、google翻訳などに貼り付けてみるとか。（正確な訳にはならないですが。）
あるいは最初の「Your project path contains non-ASCII characters」で検索してみるとか。
日本語で対処法がヒットするかもしれません。

解決策はcateyeさんの解答でよいかと。
プロジェクトのディレクトリ名を半角英数にして下さい。
