これはおそらくnginx側が用意したエラーページのようなものかと思います。エラーログに何か出力されていませんか？

エラーが出ます。

ステージング環境では問題なかったのにローカルだけエラーなのか原因がわかりません。
おそらくローカルでは[02]を受け入れてないみたいです。
phpの設定かnginx設定の問題でしょうか？
