rails serverコマンドでエラーが出る

前提・実現したいこと

初心者質問で恐縮です。
現在技術評論社さんの｢パーフェクトRuby on Rails｣(初版)でのrails習得を目指しています。
しかし環境構築でつまっています。WEBrickの立ち上げというところでエラーが出ました。
エラーメッセージで検索したところ、SQlite3はRuby2.5系にまだ対応していないという記事を多数見かけました。
可能ならこのままRuby2.5.1での対処方法を、もしダメなら2.4系へのダウングレードの方法を教えてほしいです。よろしくお願いいたします。

環境　Windows10 64bit
Ruby 2.5.1
