Win10：python3.6+selenium+Chromeで起動できない(画面遷移が遅い)

前提・実現したいこと

PythonでSeleniumを使ってスムーズにChromeを操作したい。

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

実行してChromeが立ち上がるまでは早いのですが、そこから指定の任意のURLの画面に
移動できず、エラーで終了する。(アドレスバーに「data;,」で指定のURLが入らず動かない)
※2.38以前のドライバを使えば20秒ほどフリーズして遷移する

試したこと

各種Chromedriverを試しました。
2.30-2.38:起動後遷移に20秒ほどかかる
2.39,2.40,2.41　上記のエラーになって終了

補足情報（FW/ツールのバージョンなど）

環境は下記の通りです。
OS：Win10
Python：3.6
Selenium：3.12.0
Chrome：68.0.3440.106(最新)
ChromeDriver：2.41

Seleniumのブラウザドライバは、ホントまじでクソかと言うぐらい相性があるので、エラーで動かないなら遅くても動くドライバの方が良いと思いますよ。

遅さはPCのスペックにも左右されるのでお使いのPCではその速度が限界かもしれません。

自己解決

Chromeのバージョンが 69.0.3497.81になったらすぐ遷移するようになりました。
ドライバとの相性かと思います。

起動後遷移に20秒ほどかかる

同じような症状になったことが無いので、ChromeDriver - WebDriver for Chrome Logging
のページを参考にchromedriverのログファイルを出力して原因を究明されてはどうでしょうか。

あと考えられるとしたらプロキシ（あれば）とプロバイダのDNSサーバーが死んでるとかでしょうか。
グーグルDNS(8.8.8.8)に変えてみるとか。

ログファイルを出力しようとしたら下記のようなエラーが出ました。 selenium.common.exceptions.WebDriverException: Message: Service C:\chromedriver.exe unexpectedly exited. Status code was: 1 また、社内サイトで実行したく、グーグルのDNSを使うとアクセスできませんでした。。。

@TakuyaYoshidaさんへ 1,UAC(User Account Control)の関係上Cドライブ直下とProgram Filesには書き込み権限がないので、 Cドライブに1個フォルダを切っても同じでしょうか。 2,DNSの件は了解ですー。

初歩的なミスすみません、、、tempフォルダを作成したら書き込みできました。下記のようなログが複数行ありました。 [1534807389.797][INFO]: resolved localhost to ["::1","127.0.0.1"] [1534807391.794][WARNING]: Timed out connecting to Chrome, retrying... 2.38のドライバ(20秒ほどかかってページ遷移する)は下記のように次に進んでいるようです。 [1534807441.231][INFO]: resolved localhost to ["::1","127.0.0.1"] [1534807462.250][DEBUG]: DEVTOOLS COMMAND Log.enable (id=1) { } [1534807462.251][DEBUG]: DEVTOOLS COMMAND DOM.getDocument (id=2) { } 2.39以降のバージョンはタイムアウトになっているようですが、原因わかりますでしょうか。。。

@TakuyaYoshidaさんへ原因はちょっと分かりかねますが。ログを見るとタイムアウト時間が21秒なので、TCP接続タイムアウトではないでしょうか。憶測だとchange logを見るとIPv6が怪しいですが。 https://chromedriver.storage.googleapis.com/2.41/notes.txt あとはwhitelisted-ipsとproxy-serverのオプションを試してみては。 https://stackoverflow.com/questions/40305669/ あまりお役に立てずに申し訳ないのです。。

IPv6のチェックを外したのと、whitelisted-ipsとproxy-serverのオプションを追加してみたのですが状況同じでした、、、
