Python でCommand "python setup.py egg_info" failed with error code 1

###python3.7.0でmatplotlibをインストールする
python3.7.0でmatplotlibをインストールしようとしたところ、

$pip install matplotlib

とエラーが出てしまいインストールできませんでした。
色々調べてもわからなく、苦戦しています。

ネイティブビルドを実行するのに freetype と png のライブラリが足りていないようです。
お使いの環境に応じてインストールしてください。
