Ruby on Rails 5の動作確認

現在行っていること・問題

・ドットインストールにて、Ruby on Rails 5を勉強中です
・「＃２　動作確認をしてみよう」にて、サーバを立ち上げる時にエラーが発生しました
・rails new フォルダ名で、ファイルの生成は成功しているはずです
「#3」以降のレッスンは見ていませんが、序盤ということもあり、確実に解決する必要があると思い、質問させていただきました。何か対処法は無いのでしょうか？お詳しい方、解答よろしくおねがいします。

サーバを立てるための別のコマンドも実行しました。

この状態で**http://localhost:3000/**にアクセスすると「Yay! You’re on Rails!」のページを閲覧できます。ただ、実行結果の

の部分が気になります。（unavailableと出ているのは大丈夫なのか...）
