nginx+php7.0で502エラーが発生する

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

nginx1.10.3+php7.0環境でindex.phpにアクセスしたところ、502 Bad Gatewayとなりページが表示されません。

/var/log/nginx/error.logを確認したところ、下記のエラーとなっていました。
解決方法をご教授ください。
