phpのCGIがコアサーバーで実行できません

Googleカレンダーを使って予約する
システムを作っています。

以下のエラーが出てしまいます。

当方の方で調べてやり尽くしたのですが
なんだかバージョンがあっていないのか
よくわかりません。
