前提・実現したいこと

現在vagrant virtualbox teratermを用いて仮想環境にローカルサーバーを置いています．
しかし，mysqlがphp上でうまく動かず，phpのモジュールを確認したところ拡張モジュールにmysqlが表示されていなかったので

yum install php php-mysql php-pear

上記のコマンドを使いphpをインストールしました
そしたら，次はphpファイルが404 not foundとなってしまい，前に行けない状態です．(mysqlの拡張モジュールをインストールする前は動いていました)
問題としては何が考えられるでしょうか．
ちなみにmysql,httpd,vagrantはすべてactiveになっているのを確認済みです．
