前提・実現したいこと

学内サーバの一つにssh接続をしたいです．（学科生は接続できる）

鍵がないというログが出ていますね。

秘密鍵がなくて、認証失敗しているように見えます。
学内ということでその辺のルールは把握できないのでなんともいえないですが秘密鍵を作ってあげれば接続できるようになると思います。
