ユーザーまたはパスワードが間違えてるか接続権限がないね
いつもお世話になっております。
Spring Bootを使用して、動かしてみようとした際に以下のエラーが発生しました。
エラー内容を見ると、PostgreSQLの接続が上手くできていないようですが、PostgreSQL単体では動作します。
何が悪いのかご教示願います。

とありますが、
IDとパスワードはあってますか？

ここを正しく設定しないと接続できません。
spring.datasource.url=jdbc:postgresql://localhost:5432/mrs
spring.datasource.username=admin
spring.datasource.password=admin
